The hotel had a very strong lemon deodorizer smell upon entering the room, which was clean and very comfortable. The service was top-notch with awesome breakfast and staff who were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout my stay. The location was excellent, right at the center of everything in Downtown Atlanta and within walking distance of many attractions. Although the breakfast was the same every day and started a bit later, the receptionist's great customer service made up for it. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
The hotel had small and tight rooms with bad elevators that only held 5 people, and the doors didn't close. However, it was nice and quiet, allowing me to sleep well, which is rare for me when traveling. The out window didn't open, letting street light shine in at night. There was very little room to walk around, and the bathroom was very tight.
The hotel had recently renovated rooms that were clean, comfortable, and offered free WiFi, although they were a bit on the smaller side. The service was provided by some of the nicest people encountered, despite an argument during check-in. The location was great for exploring the nearby attractions but lacked sufficient space in the rooms. The dining experience was ok with various options available. The facilities were satisfactory with dry cleaning and valet parking services.
